We process contact and project details to respond to enquiries and quotations; name, email, invoice and delivery information to handle purchases and accounts; and technical information to maintain service security. Marketing communications are optional and require the appropriate legal basis.

Legal grounds

Enquiries and orders rely on pre-contractual steps or contract performance. Accounting and tax rules require some records to be kept; security may involve a properly assessed legitimate interest. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the applicable legal basis.

Recipients and retention

Necessary data may be shared with hosting, technical, communications, payment (Stripe), delivery and legally authorised public bodies. We never sell personal-data lists. Retention follows the time needed to handle enquiries, liability and statutory accounting periods.

Marketing

Newsletter signup is optional, unticked by default and does not condition a purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability when applicable, and withdraw consent by contacting artesania@petitgaudi.com. Complaints may be made to the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
