Returns, withdrawal and warranties

Withdrawal

For consumer distance purchases of physical goods, the usual withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from delivery, unless a legal exception applies. Clearly notify artesania@petitgaudi.com with your order number and return the goods within the statutory period.

Refunds

Refunds follow statutory deadlines and usually use the same payment method. Where lawful, reimbursement may be withheld until goods or proof of return are received. Warranty and conformity rights remain unaffected.

Return costs and address

The buyer pays direct return postage for withdrawal, except where the seller must legally bear the costs for non-conforming goods. Return address: Iván Muñoz Rivero (Petit Gaudí), Calle Varsòvia 28, 08041 Barcelona, Spain. Prior authorisation is not needed to exercise the legal right.

Custom pieces

Goods made to specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from withdrawal, without removing legal rights for defects.

Digital downloads

Digital files are available after payment confirmation. Loss of withdrawal rights for non-tangible digital supply requires express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation under applicable law. The exception is not automatic.
