Products and payment

Each page shows prices in euros, availability, variants and any digital licensing limits. Taxes and final shipping costs appear before payment. You can check your order details; available payment methods are those shown in checkout.

Mainland Spain

Mainland Spain’s configured standard delivery is €4.99 including taxes, free from €49. The Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included in this mainland rate; their delivery method and price require confirmation.

Europe and other destinations

For destinations covered by the European shipping zone, standard shipping is configured at €9.90, free from €99. The actual method, cost, tax and availability must be checked at checkout. If no delivery method is offered, request a quote; customs charges may apply.

Delivery times

Times vary by product, manufacture and destination. Free 24-hour hotel delivery in Barcelona applies only when expressly confirmed, not automatically to every order.

Returns

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from distance purchases of physical goods, subject to legal exceptions. Direct return postage normally falls to the buyer, without reducing rights for faulty or non-conforming goods. See returns and warranties.

Custom products

Customisation, deadlines and price are agreed in an accepted quotation; clearly personalised goods may be exempt from withdrawal where legally applicable.

Digital licensing

Files are supplied by download upon payment confirmation. Copyright is not transferred and digital files must not be resold. The 18 Towers Personal licence is for private use; the Creator licence allows sale of up to 100 physical objects in total, with no redistribution of the files.

Digital withdrawal

Starting delivery within the withdrawal period requires separate express prior consent, acknowledgment of the possible statutory loss of withdrawal and durable confirmation. No exception is presumed when these requirements are unmet.
