UV printing goes on the puzzle pieces, not the base. We'll inspect your original file and confirm whether artwork or layout changes are needed; these are quoted separately before accepting the order.

With the original image and preview we can check resolution, framing and feasibility. Technical review isn't a design service: if your artwork needs adapting or laying out, we'll quote for that first.

Your design, on real wood.
The image is UV-printed on the pieces. The lines in the preview mark the actual joins, so keep important details clear of them.
The puzzle measures 135 mm across and 15 mm thick. The base keeps its natural finish, while your image covers the pieces.

Questions before customising
Is the entire puzzle surface printed?
Printing is applied to the pieces, not the base. The preview shows where joins cross the image.
Which photographs work best?
Sharp images with the main subject clear of the edges and no tiny text. We inspect the original file before printing.
Is my photo uploaded to the server?
No. The preview runs locally in your browser. You must later attach your original image and downloaded PNG to your enquiry email.
Can you print a company logo?
Yes, we can discuss corporate artwork and batches. Ask about quantities and lead times.
Can I return a personalised puzzle?
Clearly personalised items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. See the full terms.
Prefer colour instead of printing a photo?
The Multicolour version lets you choose the colour of each of the 26 pieces.
